2025 Josh Tri success

The SAG Team is a hybrid team of hams and non- hams. Simply due to lack of interested hams that are willing to double as race volunteers – or better described as Race Volunteers with Ham Radio, this team is hybrid. We have few of the latter who are great race supporters with the technical skills hams bring. Additionally, we have the great event supporter volunteers. So we use as much ham tech as possible and add commercial comms to create a team. It works really well, but not without challenges.
